The State Executive Committee is a high-level committee constituted at the state level with the specific mandate to act on behalf of, and in furtherance of the directives of, the Governing Body of the Mizoram State Health Care Society. It is empowered to exercise all such powers, functions, and responsibilities as are ordinarily vested in the Governing Body, thereby enabling it to make decisions and take necessary actions for the efficient functioning and administration of the Society. However, this authority is subject to any specific limitations or exclusions that the Governing Body may, from time to time, expressly delineate, thereby reserving certain matters to its exclusive jurisdiction. The Committee thus operates as an executive arm of the Governing Body, ensuring continuity, responsiveness, and timeliness in the execution of policies, plans, and administrative decisions essential to achieving the objectives of the Society.
