The Governing Body serves as the apex authority of the Mizoram State Health Care Society and is entrusted with the highest level of responsibility for the comprehensive oversight, strategic direction, and effective administration of the Society. It is vested with the full range of powers and functions deemed necessary and appropriate for the fulfillment of the Society’s objectives, including but not limited to the prudent management of its financial resources, the formulation and enforcement of policies, and the facilitation of mechanisms to ensure the successful implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of its mandated programs and developmental goals in alignment with the broader vision of public health advancement within the state.
