The Mizoram Universal HealthCare Scheme (MUHCS) Core Committee has been formally constituted with the primary responsibility of deliberating upon, formulating, and making informed decisions on all matters of policy related to the implementation, administration, and overall direction of the Mizoram Universal HealthCare Scheme, with a view to ensuring its effectiveness, inclusivity, and alignment with the broader goals of public health and welfare within the state
